If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Redwood City Tree Service Pros provides professional tree services to residential and commercial customers in Redwood City, CA and surrounding communities. Services include tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. All services are subject to the terms of the written estimate provided to the customer prior to work beginning.
We provide written estimates based on an in-person assessment of the work to be performed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted. Final pricing is subject to change only if the scope of work changes materially from what was assessed - for example, if a tree is found to be in a significantly different condition than described, or if additional hazards are discovered once work begins. Any change to the estimate will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.
Estimates provided over the phone or by email without an in-person site visit are preliminary and subject to revision after a site assessment.
Jobs are scheduled based on crew availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, but specific dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by our office. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, with notice to the customer.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled job may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew mobilization costs. We will communicate any such fee in advance.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or electronic transfer. For larger jobs, we may require a deposit before work begins, which will be applied to the final invoice. All invoices are payable within 15 days of the completion date unless alternative terms are agreed upon in the written estimate.
Accounts that are not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances through available legal channels.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the work to be performed, including disclosing any known hazards such as underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, or structures that may be affected by tree removal or other work. You are also responsible for obtaining any required permits, HOA approvals, or neighbor consents prior to the scheduled work date, unless you have specifically engaged us to assist with permit procurement.
Please ensure that pets, children, and non-essential personnel are kept clear of the work area during service. You are responsible for moving vehicles, furniture, or other items from the work zone prior to the crew's arrival.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of a job, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will work with you to address the concern. Our liability for any deficiency in workmanship is limited to re-performing or correcting the specific work at issue.
We do not warranty against natural events, storm damage, disease progression, or conditions that arise after the completion of work. Tree health is affected by many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantees about the future condition of trees that were retained (not removed) as part of our service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redwood City Tree Service Pros's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or website use - whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise - shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of use, loss of profit, or property damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Some states do not allow limitation of consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
